Each order is carefully prepared in our workshop and shipped quickly so you can enjoy your Famalux treat as soon as possible.

Shipping within 24 to 48 hours after your order confirmation (business days). Delivery in 2 to 4 business days in metropolitan France via a tracked carrier. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Free delivery from 2 items purchased. For a single hat order, a contribution to shipping costs is calculated at the time of payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder, or write to us: we'd be happy to help you locate your order.

Your beanie not working out? You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it to us.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, in the condition in which you received it. For hygiene reasons, a worn or washed beanie cannot unfortunately be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please write to us with your order number: we will provide you with the return procedure and address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

Upon receipt of your return, we will check the item's condition and confirm its processing by email. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, generally within a few business days after validation, depending on your bank.

Is your refund delayed? First, check your bank account, then contact your card issuer. If you still have concerns, write to us and we'll look into it together.

Do you wish to order a different color or size? The easiest way is to return your item (according to the conditions above) and place a new order. Contact us, and we'll guide you every step of the way.
